NotesWooded hill above Perth with paths up to a summit viewpoint indicator and Kinnoull Tower, a folly on the cliff edge above the River Tay. It is managed by Forestry and Land Scotland with Perth and Kinross Council, and dog walking is one of its main uses. The path along the escarpment runs close to a high drop that trees can hide, so keep dogs close there.
